Carol has ranked as one of the top selling agents in the Tryon area, covering both Polk and Rutherford counties, for the past 7 years since relocating here from Long Island, NY. She has had multi-million dollars in total sales each year. In 2022 alone, her sales totaled just under 14 million dollars. Carol has also had several record-breaking sales. She listed and sold the highest priced home ever at Lake Adger at 2 million dollars in 2022. In 2017, she had the highest single residence sale ever in Rutherfordton at 1.2 million dollars.
But for Carol her success is truly measured in the satisfaction of her clients who repeatedly recommend her to others.
“I take my responsibility as an agent very seriously and work hard to provide my clients, buyers and sellers, with the highest level of service. Recommendations and referrals from my clients are the greatest measure of my success.”
Carol is a lifelong equestrian competitor and trainer and currently owns a horse farm that offers retirement board for horses. While this experience and knowledge enables her to capably handle the sale of horse properties for her clients, she is also one of the top selling agents of lake properties at Lake Adger. Whether it is a home, land, condo or horse farm, Carol gives every client the same dedication, attention and expertise. She is a strong negotiator and always looks out for her clients’ best interests whether they are buying or selling. She provides guidance and assistance throughout the transaction process and beyond the closing. A frequent comment from her clients is “I’ve never had a realtor help me with that before!”
Carol has been involved in volunteer and civic activities throughout her life including working in animal rescue/adoption and as a parent leader in the United States Pony Club. She received the New York State Liberty Award for Selfless and Courageous Service for helping animals following the Hurricane Katrina disaster in Louisiana. She finds giving to others and to her community to be extremely rewarding.
