Tim Johnson
Broker Associate
“The Mountains are calling…”, was never more evident than when Tim decided to return stateside after spending 10 years as an ex-pat in a small art-filled town in the central highlands of Mexico – with a remarkable view of the Sierra Madre’s. Having grown up in the Finger Lakes and Adirondacks of upstate NY – he knew that mountains and fresh air, fertile soil and plenty of opportunity for outdoor activity were key criteria as he searched for the next place to land.
Tim went to school in New England, traveled through Europe and South America – and lived and worked on across the US in NYC, Boston, San Diego and Ft Lauderdale and Chicago. When looking to settle down, Asheville and the surrounding area seemed the perfect fit.
Tim painstakingly restored a Greek Revival farm house and an 1800’s sea captains house in New England, designed and built a modern-colonial home in Mexico, and most recently breathed life into a tired old cabin (with an amazing view of the Blue Ridge!) back to life. You could say real estate runs in his blood.
Tim’s goal is to be here to help minimize the stress, and maximize the benefits – that come with a major milestone in your life.
His strong New England work ethic is coupled with a sprinkling of Southern hospitality and a penchant for clear and attentive communication and above all service. Having honed his skills in both corporate and small business environs, as well as in the arts – he’s not unfamiliar with how vitally important a diverse business background is when working with clients.
Practical, perceptive, ethical and attentive – Tim will ensure that all of your needs are met as you navigate your real estate transaction. Whether buying or selling – he will provide you with a clear cut approach to your goals and help deliver those goals, seamlessly and successfully. He wants every client to not only be satisfied – but delighted!
Because there’s no better feeling than to hand over the keys to an enthralled new homeowner, and see the sparkle in their eyes as they embark on the next chapter of their life.
